[Week 8] Models Making

Origami

Apart from making models with my limited leatheroid, I tried to make models with paper. When it comes to making models with paper, the first thing first came to my mind is Japanese Origami. I started searching for Japanese Origami online and found some tutorials interesting. I tried to make my own Japanese origami. The images above are my best Japanese Origami. It is easy to make as long as it just required a piece of paper and a cutter. I eventually took photos of them with the photographing skills I have learned in the previous week. I set the lamp at the back of them to make the night view of the models. The shadows go from the models to outside. I am quite satisfied with these models because they are so special and I love how the light and shadows are! This inspires me in making my final model.
